Natixis is pleased to announce the closing of Sonnedix Project Saturn transaction. Signing occurred on 30th November, Closing on 2nd December.The transaction consists in the refinancing of a portfolio of 26 photovoltaic plants already in operation for at least 4 years and located in 9 Italian regions and having a total capacity of approx. 66.3MW.
